Reimplement Exporting the Starmap as an XML

I am fairly certain the version of the clinet we have doesn't have a way to export the starmap. At least from what I can find, we don't have it - I'm looking at the images on the wiki and I'll upload a comparison. This probably is gonna be a headache so I'll leave it as a suggestion, but it would be awesome to be able to export the starmap as an XML so we can then use DeanTwo's HazeronProspector with it.
