Space Rocket's (the vehicle) thrust values are not being reflected in the HUD

When you thrust UP and DOWN (pg up and pg down) in the rocket, the lower rocket engine would move across the screen to indicate that your thrust is going up or down. Pressing page up and page down definitely change the thrust level, but the indicator doesn't move.
