Designer Has issues importing some ships / buildings from HS Files

The designer in OS will import most designs from Hazeron Starship, but has issues with some building or ships. I have not determined a solid pattern for this. Most tier 1 factories import without issue and are all around the same complexity. For some reason the Plastics Factory Tier 1 imports without all its parts.

The Starlifter II design which is quite complex also loads about 1/3 of its parts. This leads me to think the issue is with complexity perhaps.

I could not upload screeonshots as it says it is too big. Would be nice just be able to upload files of the designs here.
