The easiest way to install the OpenShores client is to use the OpenShores launcher, found here.

Simply run OpenShores-Launcher.exe and click "Install OpenShores". The launcher will then automatically download the original client, and apply the latest IP patch to it.

Register here, then launch Shores of Hazeron.exe (or run it through the OpenShores launcher) and log in with the same username and password. Create an avatar when the picker appears and you are in.

The client hangs on connect. Check the server status page first.

Login fails immediately. Your account exists on the website but the username is case-sensitive. Retype it rather than pasting.

Anything else, file a bug. Include what you were doing and roughly when, so we can find it in the server log.
